progress plow B550

Hello,
can someone help me with the progress plow B550? I do not know what I have to change so that the plow does not slow down the ZT 303. I can plow max. 3 km / h drive, even with more powerful tugs it does not go faster. Where or what do I have to change so that this plow goes neat? Thanks in advance. Greeting Holm
